Service Delivery

What you receive, and when

• Plan access — immediately The moment the payment is confirmed, the entitlements on your plan apply to your account: custom domain allowance, API rate and bulk creation.
• Receipt Issued by our payment provider at the time of payment, to the address you pay with. If you need an invoice for expenses or tax, email us and we will send one the same day.
• Custom domains — after you point DNS The allowance is instant, but a branded hostname only starts serving once you add the DNS record we show you and it propagates. That is usually minutes and occasionally up to 24 hours, and it is your DNS provider's timing, not ours.

Where we deliver

Everywhere. The service is available worldwide over the public internet, and there are no shipping destinations, shipping charges, customs duties or delivery restrictions. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Your bank may convert to your local currency and may add its own conversion fee, which we do not receive and cannot control.

If your plan does not activate

Payments occasionally succeed at the bank but fail to reach us, usually because a browser tab closed mid-redirect. If you have been charged and your plan still shows as Free after 15 minutes:

1. Email info@fattyurl.com with the date and the amount.
2. We fix it manually, same day. A payment that reached your bank but not us does not resolve on its own, so please do not wait.

You will never be charged twice for the same period. If a retry results in a duplicate charge, we refund it in full without being asked — see the refund policy.

Free plan

Delivered the same way, at the same speed, for nothing. No account, no payment method and no waiting: paste a URL on the homepage and the short link exists immediately.
